On November 9, 2002, I bought a new BMW 540i to replace my existing 540i (yes, I like 540's). It was a special limited edition "Sport Model", with M5 accoutrements. Sterling Grey, light grey leather interior, hard-wired Valentine One, NAV. A few months later, I put it through a Dinan upgrade. I have since added a PhatBox hard-drive music player.

Dyno results before the Dinan upgrade. Remember this is at the rear wheels, not the crank. Add about 20% to get the engine rating. The Dinan mods (done about 4 months later) added around 60-70 HP.
