* there is a 9 second gap (dropout) at about 8:01 into The Eleven (D2T5).
  it is in the original SHN files also. maybe a reel flip from '69?

* the Dark Star>St. Stephen is the one used on Live/Dead!! however, The 
  Eleven is *not* the one used (maybe due to reason above).
