Known problems:
Left channel takes a few seconds to come in at the beginning of Little
Kin, this was a problem on the original DAT.
Left channel levels drop (with some static) for about 2 seconds 3:46
into Heroes.  This is again from the original DAT, and was cleaned up
and boosted by Alan.
